Depart from Kuala Lumpur for flights to Delhi. Arrive at Indira Ghandi International Airport. Next, guest will head to the hotel to check in and relax.
Breakfast at hotel. Take a trip to Indira Ghandi International Airport for domestic flights to Srinagar. Upon arrival at Srinagar, guests will be taken to Deluxe Houseboat and lunch. After lunch, enjoy the scenery at Mughal Gardens and visit Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh which is popular with thousands of chenar trees besides the beautiful flowering landscape of Kashmir’s pride. Nishat Bagh was built by Asif Khan in 1632. Shalimar Bagh was built by Emperor Jehangir for his wife Maharani Noor Jehan. All of the parks are located on the banks of the Dal Lake on the backdrop of the Zabarwan mountains. Next visit the famous Kashmir Carp Yarn Factory with the manufacture of Kashmir Carpet, where guests can see the delicate hand-made Kashmir carpets. Return home to the Houseboat and have dinner.
Breakfast at the hotel before departing to Gulmarg, or better known as Meadow of Flowers; named after Sultan Yusuf Shah from the Chak Dynasty who often visited the place with his queen, Habba Khatoon in the 16th century. A total of 21 species of wildflowers were collected by the Emperor of Mughal Jahangir for his garden in Gulmarg. Gulmarg is also known as the prettiest summer resort in the Kashmir Valley and is also famous for being the tallest skiing spot in the world. Guests will be taken by cable car from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg which is often the site for bollywood films such as Bobby and many more. Upon arrival at Khalinmarg, guests are given time to enjoy the immersive scenery there. Then go home to the Houseboat and have dinner.
Breakfast at the hotel and all day excursions to Sonamarg or better known as Golden Meadow. Sonamarg is located in the flower-covered Sindh Valley and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg has stunning views of Nallah Singh, the largest tributary of the Jehlum river in the Kashmir Valley. Next, participants have the opportunity to enjoy the exciting experience of riding horses to Thajiwas Glacier. (Note: horse riding fees are not included in the package). Thajiwas Glacier is a beautiful place so many Bollywood films are recorded here, including the Bajrangi Bhaijaan comedy film. Afterwards, return to Srinagar and have dinner.
Breakfast at hotel. Next guests will be taken along a wooden boat or other name Shikara sampan around Dal Lake. Here, guests also have the opportunity to wear Kashmir’s traditional costume during this tour. Afterwards, guests will be taken to the floating vegetable gardens here and also have the opportunity to take a look at the beautiful Dal Lake on the Zabarwan Mountains backdrop. Lunch at Deluxe Houseboat. Next, guests will head to the airport for flights to Delhi. After arriving in Delhi, proceed to the famous city of Agra. Arrive in Agra, hotel check-in and dinner.
After breakfast at the hotel, guests will head to one of the world’s wonders Taj Mahal, built by Shah Jahan as a symbol of love for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal in 1648. The monument was built using white marble stone and it took 22 years to complete and it is the most precise building of the geometric side of the world. Next, visit Agra Fort, a large castle town built by the Emperor Press, who is the father of Shah Jahan in 1565. The palace complex is constructed of 94 acres of red sandstone. Guests can see the uniqueness of the interior of the renovated building during the reign of Shah Jahan. The castle originally built from red sandstone has been renovated and coupled with white marble and decorated gemstones. After lunch, go back to Delhi. Upon arrival, have dinner at the restaurant and check-in at the hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. Later, guests will go sightseeing in Old and New Delhi; visit the Indian Gate, Jamia Mosque and Qutub Minar. Qutub Minar (outside excursion only) is surrounded by several historical monuments connected to the tower and is part of the Qutub complex. It is a 72.5-meter tall tower building and has 379 steps built by Qutb-Ud-Din Aibak in 1192 and completed in 1368. The purpose of the tower construction is decorated with the engraving of Quranic verses as a place to chant the prayer at the Quwwat Mosque Al-Islam, the earliest mosque built in Delhi. Next, continue to visit Fort Red, Presidential Palace, House of Parliament and Government Building. Afterwards, head to Indira Ghandi International Airport for a return flight to Kuala Lumpur.
